Conditions of Returns
Items need to be returned to us in the same condition as they were when purchased. Any items not received in the same condition may be subject to a partial refund or no refund at all, with the customer able to arrange for the item to be collected from our depot.
Damaged In Transit
If your item is damaged by the courier you need to take pictures of the damaged item in the presence of the delivery driver and sign for the item as 'Damaged' - this way we will be able to take up this matter with the courier company and relieve you of any responsibility for the condition of the item.
Please note that if you fail to carry out the above and attempt to return the item in a damaged condition, then you will be held responsible for the condition of the item and a 'partial refund' or 'no refund' may be issued.
